Shipping

All orders are made to order and will will generally be shipped within 5-7 days. If there will be a significant delay due to materials availability or for any other reason, I will contact you and give you the option of cancelling your order or waiting for availability.

Domestic shipping within the continental United States is included in the price. Overseas shipping would be extra. Please contact me for a price. Any taxes or duty charges on international shipping will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns

If your product should arrive damaged please contact me within 48 hours of arrival with pictures of the damaged box and product. All orders are shipped insured and will be refunded if damaged so long as documentation is provided. I will accept returns within 14 days of arrival if returned in original condition at your expense.

I am happy to enclose a gift card if so requested. Please just let me know the occasion as well as the recipient’s name and any message that you would like.
